Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
At Art by Susanne Rylander, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal for purchases made on our website.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you receive your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us no later than 30 days after receiving your order. After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the item.
Notification must be sent by email to mail@susannerylander.com, clearly stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You may also use our contact form.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, and you are free to choose the carrier. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
There is no right of withdrawal for custom-made or personalized products.
Uncollected Parcels
You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing delivery or by failing to collect your parcel from a pickup point.
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, any costs associated with the return will be charged to you.
Condition of Returned Items
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
If the item has been used beyond this, a partial refund or no refund may be issued.
Complaints (Defects and Faults)
You have a 2-year right to file a complaint for products purchased from Art by Susanne Rylander in accordance with applicable EU consumer law. This covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing.
Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. Submitting a complaint within two months is always considered timely.
The right to complain does not apply to damage caused by incorrect use or handling of the product.
If your complaint is justified, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
